(Senior) Product Designer (f/m/d)

Your Mission

As a (Senior) Product Designer, your mission is to help our customers decarbonize their buildings and tackle climate change. You will be working in a cross-functional team and standing in for design excellence – converting complex topics into a crisp and user-friendly tool.

Your Responsibilities

You will collaborate in cross-functional product squads, including tech and product management, to convert insights and business requirements into innovative and user-friendly designs
You will develop detailed wireframes and prototypes to facilitate team discussions, ensuring a shared understanding and alignment on design concepts
You will demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills throughout the design process, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
You will utilize your expertise in Figma to create visually appealing and functional design solutions, iterating based on feedback from stakeholders
You will take ownership of building and maintaining a comprehensive design system that aligns with our brand and enhances the consistency and scalability of our products
You will stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve and evolve our design processes

Your Profile

You have at least 2 years of expertise as a Product Designer with a background in enterprise-level web apps
You can develop detailed wireframes and prototypes as part of team discussions, translating ideas into tangible design concepts
You are comfortable to communicate your design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical colleagues
You are fluent in Figma, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and the impact of your work
You have a good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
You have demonstrated the ability to contribute to and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design workflows and UX principles
You are excited about solving climate change and eager to contribute on a high scale
