Your Mission

As a (Senior) Product Manager you will be responsible for creating a product vision, developing the roadmap and working on new product features while working closely with our CPO as well as Sales, Customer Success, Engineering and Design teams.

Your Responsibilities

• You will drive the processes, strategy and roadmap across a wide scope and shape both the product and culture of Predium
• You will closely work with the founding team to implement and develop the vision of the Predium platform
• You will own the product development processes from discovery to delivery
• You will partner closely with our customers and our internal Customer Success, Sales and Engineering teams to prioritize and execute on the roadmap
• You will help grow the product team and culture 

Your Profile

• You have experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS start-up or a similar fast paced environment
• You have shipped software features that users love at scale
• You have an extreme attention to detail and a high bar for product excellence
• You have a strong analytical mindset and thrive in ambiguous situations
• You have strong written and verbal German communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable rolling up your sleeves, set up and drive execution, turn incomplete, conflicting, or early inputs into solid product requirements
• You are excited about solving climate change and eager to contribute on a high scale
